My work has been influenced by my multidisciplinary background in geography, botany, and landscape architecture. Through all projects, the threads of ecological and community focussed design can be found. I am always seeking out new information to enhance my designs, whether it be contemporary planting strategies or the latest sustainable materials available.
In a professional setting, I have been involved with projects in the public and private sector from the DD to CA phase. I enjoy designing small, human scale details as well as site layouts. Working at varied scales allows me to have a fuller understanding of a site.
I possess graphic skills in a variety of design software such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, the Adobe Suite, and Figma, which I feel confident in applying to new projects. When making graphics, I believe that simple and beautiful can go hand in hand. I prefer clean, organized graphics that allow the information you want to convey to come to the forefront.
